"Unhelpful unavailable staff"

It was clean, there is a washing machine and the apartment is spacious

The shower was broken, the water didn't reach the shower head and there were no shower curtains. We tried to contact the staff multiple times for 2 days, before and during our stay, and we didn't get any reply. We tried calling the number they provided but it appears to be out of service... The pillows are not good and the house is very hot and doesn't get cool even with windows open

Great location, great communication with the host, decent place, clean, good value for the money

would have prefer newer sheets on the bed and towels, the water in the bath did not run smoothly and the beds were not the most comfortable

"Lovely stay"

The apartment and its location was perfect. The owner (via text messages) was polite and willing to help with problems (such as very noisy person staying upstairs).

If the person staying upstairs is a local one, I would recommend talking to them about them being very loud, because it makes the stay less perfect and like I said above - the apartment is amazing.

"Simple central apartment"

The apartment is located close to the city centre. I don't want to complain considering the price. It's a simple room, a small kitchen and a bathroom. I think it's okay for a night or two. The communication was very good. Our questions were answered quickly and the check-in was easy.

The bed was not very comfortable, but it was okay. A shower curtain would have been nice.
