The apartment was located right in the centre of the hustle and bustle of Arusha. We liked it, but some guests may not like the busyness. The views were good. We could see as far as Mount Meru from our apartment.

One of the reasons we booked the apartment was because it stated on Booking.com that airport transfer was included. Unfortunately this was not the case, which we were very disappointed with. We mentioned this to the host who said this was an error that they had highlighted with Booking.com. For us as the guests, it was not acceptable because it meant we had to incur taxi cost from the airport, which should have been free. The apartment was bland with no frills. It would have been good to have at least a bottle of water, basic snacks, tea and coffee to use for the first few hours - a welcome basket.

Spacious and clean, modern, good view from the high floor with windows 3 sides around. Hot water but wait a little bit to come.

The staff wasn't helpful, they almost ruined our booking for the bus telling to the bus driver we weren't there while we were waiting in front of their eyes. And there wasn't even one hot tea in the kitchen, nor coffee or anything else

The property was great. Two bedrooms and two baths plus kitchen and living space. The place was clean and neat. Hot water in the showers and TV.

Had to climb one flight of stairs to get to reception and elevator to higher floors. Location is in central Arusha at the bus stop without many food options around.

Really nice clean partment with good facilities and central location. Although bit busy the main road but still not really a problem. Receptionist was excellent and so was the communication via WhatsApp before arriving to let me know how to retrieve keys and local information.
