The apartment was really big

- Wi Fi connects and disconnects every minute - the room was not cleaned as it was supposed to -we had to rush to get the keys to check in

The apartment was clean and well located

Great apartment. Great staff. It’s location in central Arusha won’t appeal to all. It’s busy, and you’re right in the middle of things at the bus station. But if you’re looking for a non-gated option at a good price and don’t mind the hustle and bustle, it’s great!

Hospitality was great Some cleaning needs were not available upon arrival but they provided them when we requested

The location was too noisy till late time but fortunately the bedrooms are located in the back side of the building and not in the bus station side

The stuff was very helpful and friendly. The property was not so bad, had air conditioner, hot water.

The neibourgh felt very unsafe. Pictures of neibourgh totally diffetent from true. The property didn’t have nothing even though it was an appartment , no catlle, not enough dishes.

Sabrina is an excellent receptionist. She helped us in our every needs!

The location is in the main arusha city center which can be busy and noisy at times, but didn't really bothered us.

Excellent location and warm welcome! You feel home in that space .
