Місцезнаходження, гарні види із балкону, чиста та приємна на дотик постіль/рушники, кондиціонер, бойлер, ліфт - все було справне. Адміністрація швидко відповідала на всі повідомлення, все доступно пояснювали та допомагали

Фото кімнати з диваном не відповідає дійсності, в реальності ремонт вже не так виглядає, холодильник дуже сильно морозить, замерзли до стану напів льоду всі продукти, які ми туди поклали, запрілий запах в квартирі, а в ванній присутній запах каналізації

Орендували апартаменти з балконом на 3 ночі. Місце розташування, чистота, сервіс агенства - відмінно. Сама квартира в пристойному стані. Техніка вся працювала. Був навіть пакетик прального порошку. Речі без проблем залишали в офісі як перед заселенням так і після виїзду (бо потяги рано приходили та пізно відправлялись)

Єдине що було не зручно, то матрас. Він дуже «продавлений» і проситься замінити.

"Саме найкраще в цій квартирі це локація її , але це перекреслює все це бо в квартирі потрібно прибирати і замінити пості"

Розташування

Дуже брудно в номері, волосся повсюди, подушки в плямах , покривало в жахливому стані, вода ледве тече в крані.

I booked this apartment for the view and didn’t expect much but I was surprised how good it was. It was specious, clean and nice.

The toilet seems to be a bit dirty, and the ac needs to be cleaned because it spitting the water on you while you sleep:(
