Central Apartments on Khreschatyk

This is not my first time staying in this apartment. I love it because of its location, comfort, and the fact that it has everything I need. I would definitely recommend this option for travelers.

I stayed in this apartment for 3 months in sunmer 2023. It was perfect in every regard, size, location, etc. Staff from the agency were extremely helpful and courteous and attentive. Some facilities (air conditioner, washing machine, elevator) are ageing and would need to be replaced soon, but overall everything was excellent. Apartment was quiet and very comfortable. Food shopping available very close by and everything else at a short walking distance. Maybe not ideal for elderly people as the slope to reach the building is a bit steep and if the lift doesn't work it can be an issue.

One of the staff came and met me even though it was 6am in the morning. That was greatly appreciated and made life very easy. The flat was in a great location

There was only 1 A/C unit in the living room and that did not help the bedroom temperature when it was +30 degrees. The curtains did not block out the sun at all, the hot water tank was very small and ran out of hot water too fast. There was also a slight problem we saw some cockroaches in the kitchen. The layout of the kitchen was not good with the fridge is in the hallway and you can not plug in the kettle and or the microwave if you are using the cooker due to the location of the plug sockets. The flat could really do with modernisation and revamp.
