Snowmass Mountain by Snowmass Vacations

Very clean, older but good.

Would have been nice to have more bowls and heat in master bath. King mattress tired.

Firstly, the room was extremely clean and organized. The apartment had absolutely EVERYTHING anyone could ever need in a house, including a fully stocked kitchen with more than enough utensils, pots, and everything in between. They even had games, books, and magazines in the cupboards and drawers around the apartment. The surrounding area is beautiful and has everything, including a market and many restaurants, as well as public transport via shuttle bus stops. The gym and pool are great and there is a game room with many games to enjoy. All around probably a 9.7/10.

We were confused on whether or not there was a cleaning service

I loved the location it was perfect for going to and from multiple towns by shuttle or by car.

My card for the pool didn’t work for one whole weekend and we were there for 2 weeks. The dryer needs to be repaired or something it chooses when it wants to work just old equipment. Say’s furnished with cooking supplies is bare minimum and doesn’t even have a pizza cutter

Shuttle stop to the mountain is right out the door and takes only 10 min to get to the village/ski area. Well equipped and great communication. Parking spot is reserved for 1 car (no need to go to parking office if only 1 car)

3 flights of stairs to the entrance, but that was known from reviews.

Easy access to all Aspen Snowmass Mountains from our unit. Local bus picked up right outside and bus to Aspen was just down the road. All accessible from Google Maps! Kitchen was very usable and we cooked most of the week. Grocery store nearby that we used often. Hot Tub was easily accessible via backdoor and path to back entrance of pool Beds/Bedding was comfortable enough TV was of good quality with FireTV to access anything you want Internet was reasonable. Parking was near unit Driveway plowing was great and the road seemed heated which helped! Unit overall was very comfortable and the entry space was great as there were 4 cubbies to store gear. Lots of cleaning supplies for dishwasher and clothes washer.

These are older units and the noise upstairs can be a big negative. I wouldn't say anyone was breaking some sort of noise rules. I would just say that the floors lack much noise insulation so you can hear people just walking around, getting in/out of bed and things like that. The metal stairs outside are also very noisy so if people wake up early to go to the airport you will hear them. This made if difficult for us to sleep a few nights during our visit and use noise machines to assist as much as possible. Community Hot tub was great although it needed to be cleaned more during our stay. Lots of stairs to get in/out of unit as this is a lower floor unit. If you struggle with stairs this is not a unit for you. Real Fireplace is nice although including some Firestarter and newspaper would be beneficial. Maybe including a leather wood sling to help carry in.

Awesome location

No filtered water system available in the kitchen (sink) and had to buy tons of bottled water. Other than that, we loved the condo and all it had to offer.

Parking

Great location, nice view. Felt comfy and homey.

Not having covered parking and we did find some hair in both bathrooms and some leftover underwear and socks was left in the washer machine.
