I rarely leave bad reviews, but this Airbnb experience was terrible from start to finish. The biggest issue was the third-party reservation company they used. I was already traveling and on the road, yet they kept demanding excessive personal information, documents, and extra verification steps long after the booking was confirmed. It felt invasive, stressful, and completely unnecessary for a short stay. Communication was slow and frustrating, and it honestly made the check-in process feel more like applying for a loan than booking a place to sleep. The location was also disappointing. The area felt sketchy, noisy, and nowhere near as nice or convenient as it was advertised in the listing photos and description. To make matters worse, there was visible black mold growing in the bathroom. You could see it around the shower and smell the mildew as soon as you walked in. That’s not just disgusting — it’s a health concern. The cleanliness overall did not meet basic expectations. Between the invasive booking process, poor location, and mold issues, I would absolutely not stay here again and would not recommend it to anyone.

Lage ok, jedoch ohne Auto nicht empfehlenswert.

Klimaanlage extrem laut, so dass man in der Nacht nicht schlafen kann. Leider hat man bei der Renovierung gespart und sie nicht ersetzt. Es soll alles Designer Chic sein, ist es aber nicht. Auch das Bett, respektive die Matratze ist nicht komfortabel. Eine Reklamation hat nichts gebracht. Man wollte mir einen Voucher für zwei Übernachtungen anbieten. Da ich aus Europa bin nützt mir das leider nichts. Deposit von 250 $ wird erst nach 10 bis 14 Arbeitstagen zurück erstattet. Der Betrag bleibt so lane auf der Kreditkarte blockiert. Nicht unbedingt kundenfreundlich. Der Lift ist sehr alt und schmutzig.
