A little bit of trouble getting into the room at first which did delay our ability to get inside... but after contacting via the app we got it figured out easily enough and they allowed us a late checkout I believe to make up for that initial delay getting in.

The flat and location are charming and would have made for a pleasant stay. If not for the problems we faced.

Unfortunately, the overall impression of our stay was severely impacted by a troubling issue that the host did not adequately address. We encountered unwelcome and unexpected guests during our visit – rats, to be precise. The presence of rats in our accommodation resulted in sleepless nights and persistent anxiety, diminishing the quality of our stay. Furthermore, when we brought this matter to the host's attention, their initial response was swift, calling in pest control. However, it came to light that the adjacent flat had recently received treatment for the same problem. This raises concerns about a potential recurring issue, despite their earlier claims to the contrary. Moreover, pest control did not take immediate action to address the rodents during our stay, leaving us with the discomfort and anxiety of their presence for the duration of our visit. The host's decision not to offer any form of compensation for this distressing experience only added to our disappointment. I also attempted to include photos of the rat droppings in my correspondence with the host, further substantiating our concerns. In conclusion, while this property had the potential to be a pleasant place to stay, the unresolved rodent issue and the host's inadequate response have left me deeply disappointed. I hope future guests can have a more positive experience, but based on my stay, I cannot recommend this property until these issues are resolved.

The building was old an did need some maintenance.

I simply loved the place! It was so much cuter and cozier than I could've even hoped or wished for. I really enjoyed the small yet super cozy vibe to the place. Also the location couldn't have felt more safe yet perfectly placed near Lower Greenville best nightlife. All in all, I couldn't have asked for anything better. It was absolutely perfect for me and my needs. I will definitely be staying here again!

Everything was good, the bed was comfortable. The location was nice and quiet. The parking was very convenient. Very clean. Loved that they had body wash and shampoo / conditioner there. Loved that the apartment had a set of kids toys.

the used dish sponge, should consider putting new ones after each guests. Just for sanitary purposes. The room does get hot during the day time even with the cooler on but definitely good at night.
