amazing price for an amazing apartment. nice furniture and really clean! bed is cosy :-) I love it

you cannot open all the windows in the apartment. that’s why the fire alarm started while cooking. also we like to open ten window in the evening for natural fresh air

Location was great!

Bathtub was clogged up and I had to call for maintenance although stuff responded quickly and got it fixed. Should have double checked before renting out.

The location was fantastic. We were able to walk to our dinner reservation at a local restaurant. Charming decor, and loved the record player with jazz records, perfect for our night out on town to see a jazz concert.

Bed was slightly uncomfortable, the window AC units are a bit loud. Being on 2nd floor and older building we felt the need to whisper and tread lightly while walking around on the creaky floors. Parking was tight, if we would have had a larger vehicle it would have been an issue.

the building itself is very old with old AC that isn’t working right. additionally, it was very loud.
