Lovely 2br Rental Unit

Comfortable apartment!

Located in the basement and it was not clear during booking

The apartment was clean, spacious, close to the metro station, and had a parking spot.

The TV didn’t work (as mentioned in another review), but we didn’t mind. It’s more of a heads-up for future visitors.

Location. Clean place. Parking

Bed matress not firm. Pillow poor quality. Cracks in shower area. Heater kept going to low temp on a timer.

It was hot outside, but in the apartment it was cool, that was very nice.

The Host greeted us and was extremely welcoming my family and I had never visited DC before and this was not to far from the Highlights of the DMV area. The Host had mostly all the essentials that you have at home. Very clean, we felt safe, the police sub station was right on the same street as us. We recommend this 2 br apt if your ever in DC.

Upon arrival it was not clean, the host was diligent and resolved the situation.

Good location, very convenient to public transport. The apartment was quiet, clean, and well-stocked. Check-in was extremely smooth.

It was a little tricky to find the proper parking spot when we arrived. Once we figured that out, everything was great!

The location was brilliant for us - lovely area and convenient for the metro. The apartment had everything we needed: plenty of hot water for showers, comfortable beds, plenty of towels. We liked its spaciousness. All in all, an excellent place to stay.

I liked that I could make coffee and there was a full refrigerator.

This is a basement unit, which means it floods and there was evidence of flooding along the baseboard in the kitchen, there was a mold smell in the bedrooms; the bathroom needs renovation - the faucet on the tube had to be recaulked by the maintenance person because it was coming apart when you pulled it up for a shower; the tile around the tube is cracked. The Living Room TV never worked. The neighborhood is "sketchey" and did not fell comfortable walking around at night - but public transit was convenient.
