Lovely 2br Rental Unit

The best of all was the location. It is very easy to access, it has a supermarket nearby and bus and sub stations. Security is a plus, since there is a police station just meters away. It is a very relaxed neighborhood, the neighbors were not noisy and the facilities were comfortable. I totally recommend it.

Maybe 1 additional bathroom would have been better... but it's nothing that takes away from the comfort in the end.

The apartement has all we needed except a sieve in the kitchen and a large bowl. There were some leftovers from the guests before like tea bags, etc... Btw bowl... We broke one and the host just replied, we shouldn't worry, she will replace it, which was very kind. During our stay we got short on kitchen towels. We didn't know, whether the patrons should buy them or the host will provide more. As we were leaving the next day, we decided not to ask. At our arrival we were given the instructions for the building beneath and the codes for the actual apartment. Of course the code for the entrance didn't work. So we had luck that we had the ability to be online, because without we wouldn't have known what to do. The host offered to call us, but we went over VoIP and the cost were so little that we called her. Everything seemed to be clean, the beds were comfortable and the appliances were working.

Besides the issue with the entrance code/address/instructions in the beginning only one thing: we were informed that there should be some written instructions on the table in the apartment. We didn't find them. So we had to figure out on our own how the dishwasher/washing machine works, etc... Dishwasher: the box with the dishwasher tabs was empty, so we washed the dishes by hand. Not that bad, but still.... We felt comfortable and good and the host was very kind - on phone and in writing.

very well appointed, free toiletries, dishwasher etc. great location for local food and coffee, and really close bus stop into the city.

The blind in the front bedroom was broken, the beds were very squeaky and uncomfortable, and not enough pillows.

It is in a more established older area of the city. High density area. One block from police station. Close enough to attractions. Comfortable sleeping /living areas Very quiet. Neighbors and business owners very nice. There were board games and that was nice. We didn't need it but the roll away bed is a nice feature. Towels were nice and fluffy. Parking in the back having a reserved space was nice. Plenty large enough for vacation living. Very clean. We didn't have a pet but that is a nice feature.

Wanted to cook some meals in. Knives wouldn't cut butter. Largest pot would hold soup for 2 and not much more. Largest bowl is for cereal not meals. Largest frying pan will cook 2 eggs at most. Coffee pot is the smallest I have ever seen. Other than the fridge the kitchen was not useful. Wasn't able to cook meals in other than bake in oven. Not much hot water. Cold half way through the 2nd person's shower in the morning. It would have been nice to have a key to the back gate by parking area so we didn't have to walk all the way around the building every time to get in. Could leave it in the unit. That was not good on the cold nights in the dark. Could use a few more towels so you don't have to do so much laundry. It is vacation after all.
