"A nice alternative to the expensive Pacific Beach hotels"

Well located. Pristinely clean. Provided filtered water, papergoods, and some food items (oatmeal cups, snack bars). The owner responded immediately when I messaged and sent someone over right away to take care of an issue (the TV audio and video weren't synching).

Couldn't get the coffeemaker to work. The papergoods hadn't been replenished (just one fork and no spoons).

"Nice room great access to local amenities."

The room was quite spacious and comfortable, in a very nice location. The patio was perfect for eating and spending time with my daughter. It was a 15 minute walk to the beach, just a few minute walk to restaurants and other amenities. I would definitely stay there again!

I was nervous about finding parking as you can’t park on the property, but we managed to find a space not too far away.

The suite was really comfortable for us as a couple, the position was fantastic. We always found parking near the house and it was just a couple of miles away to everything!

Maybe different towels. The towels reminded me of camping towels. I like fluffy absorbent towels, but managed.
