Trying to get in the apartment when I arrived & didn't have tissue or clean towels .. bathroom wasn't clean I had to clean it up myself& the code that was sent to email was wrong...lack of communication & Instructions

I like that it was a keyless code entry.

I didn’t like that the remote couldn’t connect to the volume of the tv but, beside that it’s great.

I loved that this place was perfect in size and included the little kitchenette. It was nice that the booking opted for relatively inexpensive parking with added price of 25 a night in a covered garage on Collins street, but the garage is tiny and parking spots often full.

It was deceptive! It lists in unit washer and dryer but these amenities are not included in the unit and are down the hall and you have to pay through an app. Additionally it was very difficult to find and the kitchenette did not come with cooking oil, or paper towels. I added those after my stay to help the next person. Furthermore parking is a pain and expensive in Miami! Not to mention they mention a seating area that does not exist. The seating area is the bed.

We visited for 2 nights and did not spend much time in the apartment. The apartment appeared clean but it needs some major upgrades. Very dated and overpriced. The shower had no hot water, barely lukewarm. I left a voicemail to the owner/property manager but never heard back. The toilet tank run continuously and required constant adjustment of the flapper. The couch and the chairs are stained and look filthy. Unless you are on a tight budget I do not recommend the place. The parking information could be more specific, we spent a lot of time driving around and did not even find the closest and cheapest lot until after we had parked.
