Great location, very comfortable, and beautiful decor.

Lack of hot water in the shower.

It was a fairly easy process. The only issue was the property manager provided us the room number and keycode for someone else's room at first and had to notify us of a different room number and keycode shortly before arrival.

The property is dilapidated, dirty, and definitely not up to code. The pictures do NOT adequately represent the quality of the rooms. When I presented my concerns to management, after they asked me to share my thoughts, they corrected some of the most minor issues (brought towels) and ignored the major ones. One issue was, the room and features advertised were not the features received. The management ignored my requests for a refund or new room since I paid for features I did not receive. Multiple things in the room were broken, including lights, the stove, the sink faucet, etc. There were water leaks in a closet the room. The couch my son was supposed to sleep on was dirty. The smoke detectors had the batteries removed from them. The AC unit light was blinking to have the filter replaced and it was blowing black debris on the curtains and the room smelled like wet dog. One room advertised for three people, but they only provided one beach towel.

Excellent location next to the beach and Lummus Park. One of the most economical places to stay along the beach.

The barber shop/convenience store on the first floor plays loud music during the day. The nights are quiet though.

Room, broken flooring, broken shower door, no hot water, no towels, and list could be a lot more.

Location was great and so accessible to what i needed- Walgreens, cvs, Publix supermarket, shops, restaurants, bars, the beaches, boulevards the express bus to international Miami airport and that I had microwave, refrigerator, and stove n sink

1)They don’t explain well the trick of open the door beside the code. I had to wait some coming from the office away from the place to open door and had to sit on floors with full bladder and long trip waiting to have door open for me. 2) the bathroom toilet was smelling slightly of urine and visually looked dirty and did all my ‘Necessities’ standing up🙂I killed 2 spiders 🕷️ hanging on top of bed 🛌

The bed and the pool was amazing. I also love cooking in the kitchen.

I only didn’t like that it did not have a balcony which I already was aware of before booking. So basically I loved the property.

When I arrived at the property I was then told I was going to be staying at another location. And there was with no previous warning. And the location I was sent to I was not satisfied with.
