Convent location to casino. Villa was clean and comfortable

On booking.com property was advertised to have a fireplace and 2 pools one outdoor seasonal and on inside. There was NO inside pool but a small questionable looking jacuzzi which looked nothing like the photo on website. Also there is additional fees that are not on website you can either pay $35 upfront or let them hold $500 of you money for up to 2 weeks in case of damages also when I was made aware no of non functional fireplace there was nothing I could do the reservation was non refundable. Based off of no indoor pool and fireplace we should have been given opportunity to cancel but we were not. False advertisement in my opinion because we did chose facility because of both the pool and fireplace.
