Villa Signor

The location was fantastic. The cleanliness inside was good.

The location was not locked when we arrived. The door mechanism failed, possibly bad batteries. We had to get the lockbox keys to get in the property. The door would not lock from the inside. I used the deadbolt as the only way to secure the front door. The balcony sliding screen door was jammed from an accumulation of dirt and mud. The TV did not work. I had to buy batteries for one of the 2 remotes. There was a miscommunication on getting someone to help with the door and TV. We would come back to stay here again, if the TV and door are fixed.

Peacefulness, fountain & water outside our balcony, good amount of space, nicely decorated, nice attention to providing small extras, soft mattress.

Not really a dislike but found it strange to be requested to empty & take out our own trash at end of stay.

The location was perfect. It was close to many attractions as well as restaurants, stores and shopping. The host was very attentive and helpful. And the property was lovely. As well as the onsite restaurants being very nice and the employees were wonderful.

Comfortable, clean

Pretty much everything! It was very pretty, quiet and clean!

It was a bit pricey and there were dirty towels mixed in with the clean. We were not notified ahead of time that it was a wood stove so we could have brought our own wood rather than having a surprise charge.

Location and access to the pool and spa amenities. Place was really nice and clean.

There was host site trying to get us to pay insurance and more. We received multiple texts saying we had to pay or they wouldn't guarantee our reservation. If I didn't call booking.com to get clarification, I wouldn't have booked. The fees for cleaning etc. were high. Too many hidden costs over the price on booking.

Furniture needs replacement. Rug was dirty and stained in bedroom. Fruit flies in the kitchen.

Amanda was amazing she was so welcoming and helpful with everything we needed. So thank you !!! We also loved how cozy the villa was, and how perfect the location was , great for a quick getaway or even a very serene room to stay in while exploring norwich and everything to do around the area. Super comfy and clean rooms. It's also a very stylish room, while having a feeling of being home. Beautiful views of the pond and golf course. It was so much fun just to relax and unwind here. You don't even have to leave the property to have fun or just enjoy a beautiful scenery. Can't wait to come back.
