Cozy 1 BR Efficiency Apt close to TTU and Downtown

Great location near TTU. Comfortable bed. Quiet location. Happy it was dog friendly. Clean towels and sheets. Perfect for short stays or week long ones. Quiet neighborhood. Close to everything.

Downfall, we were promised 2 parking places and only had one the first night. When I emailed the property management they told me to go knock on the neighbors doors and find out whose car it was and have them move it. I would do no such thing. That is not my responsibility not to mention in today’s world and society could be dangerous to a female of my stature. The trees in the back could be trimmed and the starlings living in the eaves could be dealt with. The bathroom could use some water damage repair around the tub. And a new couch would be awesome… the one in there sucks you in and is hard to get out of. I stayed in the same unit 4 years ago and it was better kept then as compared to now.

Cozily decorated, perfect for one (or a couple with the big bed). The place had everything I needed and more; it exceeded expectations. The white walls had decor with gentle colors that made me feel at home. The kitchen area was a welcome surprise, with plenty of fridge and freezer space and a decent countertop. I can’t quite remember if it had an oven or cooktop, but for some reason that comes to mind. The bed was extremely comfortable, didn’t even need to use more than the blanket I brought with me to knock out each night. Plenty of pillows and enough space for two. The property owner was accommodating and quick to respond to questions. If I ever find myself in need of housing in the area I know who I’m renting from.

The water heating was weird at times, though to be honest I should’ve asked the property owner which way to turn the thing for hot and cold.

Didn't like the verification process. I don't have a smart phone or camera on my computer so it was a very time consuming hassle. We can't get reliable phone service at our house so we only have a landline.

Everything was included but the deposit that was charged was a lil steep and I was accused of breaking blinds and taking a blanket the blinds were not in perfect condition and blanket was on the bed we left the place 10x cleaner than we found it even did the windows still waiting on deposit of $250 to be returned!

Very affordable price with amenities such as a stove and cookware and dishes.

The bed was a little springy, but otherwise comfortable
