Good for family stay with larger fridge and small kitchen which was well equipped

Location was not great but directions from host were very helpful. Would not have felt safe without my adult son

I liked that it was cleaner than some hotels and within 30 minutes of everywhere we needed to travel too.

I didn't like the door in the bedroom. I could hear other people on the other side of the door, and I felt like the locks weren't sufficient. The ac does not get all the way to the back room, so it was very hot. The TV in the bedroom did not work. It asks for you to choose a day or time of your stay and subscribe, but would say there is no connection and i couldnt figure out how to get it to connect. There was what looked like finger nail clippings near the sink in the kitchen. The shower is small but did not bother me. I wouldn't say the air bnb is in the best location of town but its not in the worst. Considering what we paid for 3 nights it wasn't a terrible experience. You can tell they have taken previous feedback and have tried to make it more comfortable. The bed is nice, but the pillows are hard.

The apartment itself was great! I was attending the American Library Association Conference and this place was a much less expensive option than staying in downtown Philly. I had a space all to myself and it was quiet and peaceful. It's a perfect size for 1-2 people. I had onsite free parking for the four nights I was there. The bed was very comfortable, WiFi worked well. I didn't use either of the televisions, as I was at the Conference all day and just wanted to sleep when I got back.

The one downside is when you pull around the back to park, the neighborhood is pretty rundown. However, if you can get past that, you will have a nice quiet place to stay.

Although the host gave clear instructions that entry was in the back, it was still confusing. Other than that, great stay, great host, clear communication. It's not their fault I didn't read properly 😀.

I liked the privacy and the complimentary bottles of water.

I didn't like the low ceilings or how small the bathroom and shower are. I also didn't like that it was a basement/ garage it got really cold down there.
