Double Suite Santa Monica - Free Parking

Great location - lots of shops and restaurants nearby and a nice, but long, walk to the beach. Nicely decorated. Well-equiped kitchen. Comfortable beds.

There was only one parking permit so only one car could be parked nearby for more than two hours. There was only one key so we could not split up for activities.

No breakfast at all

The person in charge of the property needs to be a bit more flexible with guests regarding checkout. We arrived at the property at 5:00 PM. May 24,2026 We were very stressed and tired from all the driving. The next morning, when we were due to leave, on May 25, a woman came at 10 o'clock sharp to tell us we had to go. By them, we were almost ready to leave She came back a second time at 10.30am ; we were ready. But a man arrived behind her, telling us we had to leave the property immediately and that he was charging us $50 from our deposit for delay. We found this lack of consideration over such a short amount of time unacceptable. We wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. We feel mistreated.

Udobnost, velicina, opremljenost

Lokacija koja ne opravdava cijenu smjestaja. Poprilicna pjesacka udaljenost od Santa Monica Pier, plaze. Mi volimo i mozemo puno hodati, sto smo i cinili, ali pozicija i udaljenost od zanimljivih atrakcija nije sukladna placenom iznosu. Niz razlicitih pravila, od kojih neka imaju smisla (pusenje i dr.), ali su neka besmislena i opterecuju goste. Apsolutna tisina nakon 9 pm tako da zapravo ne mozes normalno razgovarati, već šaptati, paziti kako slazes posudje, zatvarati metalna vrata uz ogromnu paznju, tako da ne uznemiravas susjede. Totalna glupost, pa na odmoru smo, ne moramo saptati za 400 USD/ noć. Nismo u biblioteci ili u sauni. Jasno da se nema smisla derati ili treskom zatvarati vrata, ali su ta njihova pravila beskrajno iritantna.

bliska lokalizacja do plaży Santa Monica / Venice bardzo spokojna okolica co za tym idzie bezpieczna niedaleko sklepy i kawiarnie duża kuchnia i dwie łazienki darmowy parking (i to dość szeroki) bardzo dobre instrukcje co do odbioru kluczy/lokalizacji parkingu - tak to powinno zawsze wyglądać :)

szkoda że jeden prysznic, ale dalej można chodzić na górę kanapa w salonie (ta rozkładana) trochę mało wygodna, ale to już kwestia rozłożenia ilości gości więc to nie jakiś duży minus

Die Unterkunft ist der Wahnsinn. Es fehlt an absolut nichts, sie ist perfekt gelegen, man hat direkt verschiedene Einkaufsmöglichkeiten vor Ort und ist wirklich nicht allzu weit vom Strand entfernt. Die Vermieterin ist sehr nett und hat uns sehr herzlich empfangen.

Es war alles perfekt!

The location was perfect. A quiet neighborhood. Good air conditioning. Nice kitchen. Large dining area.

Die Lage in Santa Monica ist sehr gut. Die Unterkunft ist ideal ausgestattet und komfortabel eingerichtet mit sehr bequemen und großen Betten und alles war sehr sauber. Alles war sehr unkompliziert und die Kommunikation super. Jederzeit wieder.
