Everything was excellent location, the size, decor , super comfy, definitely would book again!!

Location close to a beautiful river, it gave me the idea of a typical south usa house, mattress very big and comfort, the cleaning of the house inside, free parking

The garden outside should be better mainteined, the gas for the barbecue had 2 cylinder empty

Zeida was an attentive host from the moment I considered this accommodation until when I left. Walkable to Busch and Riverhills Park (both amazing). Comfy bed with lots of clothes storage. Coffee machine with ground coffee provided. And all you need for self-catering with a Publix and Winn-Dixie both walkable. 'Extras' all supplied from washing liquid to kitchen roll. Internet connection 10/10.

On arrival, the Uber driver was derogatory about the neighbourhood so I adjusted accordingly. Yet the more I travelled in Florida, the more I realised there is nothing untoward about this neighbourhood and I wish I had known that (this was my first accommodation) as I would have stayed later at Busch. Plumbing issues (lack of hot water in shower and satisfactorily flushing toilet) which may be 'me' issues rather than the accommodation. I did not sit outside.

It was perfect for what we needed for one night. The bed was super comfortable. The owner was very friendly and helpful.

The bed was uncomfortable. The room has a musky smell. The A/C only cooled the one room, not the bedroom.

It’s a great little apartment and nice alternative to a hotel room. So close to the things we were doing… Busch gardens and ZooTampa. Also close to stores. Host was very nice and attentive.
