Location is very convenient. Has convenient store, ABC is just around the corner, the building has a lot of restaurants. There is also a pharmacy. Security is very good. Cayden attended to our needs and responds to our messages and prompt check in. Its value for money paid. Has all you need for a convenient stay. Very clean. The only problem we encountered is the toilet which sometimes clogged. Overall very nice place and will recommend. Thank you for sharing us your property.

"Other that the sofa beds we had a great experience thank you definitely appreciate it"

Near the beach and shopping centers

The sofa beds are not very comfortable when you lay down on them all you feel it the wires we had to buy a foam mattress to put on we left it there for who ever stays there or you can toss it out its brand new

We had enough room to sleep for 5 people, and we had a washer and a dryer, and we had x2 showers.

We saw a few little roaches.

The view is nice. This is located on the 14th floor, so noise is not a problem. The unit has a washing machine and dryer.

There was trash located under one of the beds. We happened to notice it when we were picking up something from the floor. The paint is peeling off the walls and ceiling. The refrigerator and furniture needs to be upgraded. The price was more affordable than most options, but still not cheap due to location. If you're just looking for a cheaper place to stay, this is for you. If you're looking for luxury, this is not it.
