Дуже зручне розташування, повз річку - 15 хв до центра, 10- до парку, тихо. Дуже гарна комунікація з боку орендаторів. Коли нам довелось перегести дати, і власниця зрозуміла це як те, що ми не приїдемо зовсім, сама запитала, куди повернути завдаток. Що було дуже відповідально з її боку. Сама квартира дуже компактна і зручна. Ванна в центрі квартири - чудове рішення (є також звичайний душ у ванній кімнаті). Є всі зручності в квартирі. Легке заселення і виселення. Проста легка парковка.

Треба розуміти, що це все - одна кімната: кухня і спальня. Нам було ок, але я це не дуже зрозуміла з опису.
