Велика ванна, чистота, рушники, автономне заселення та виселення

Без світла немає води Якщо хочеться покурити - треба 10 поверхів спускатися на низ - немає балкону на поверсі ЖК. Шумоізаляція - чути кожен пчих сусідів Тріщини на стінах
