They were very friendly and helpful. We arrived early and they allowed us to store our suitcases at the restaurant. They also cleaned our room early so we could get in earlier.

We were not clear on how “out there” Kodiak is. Groceries are expensive and not readily available. Restaurants were few but good.

The location is perfect for this small town. I like the door codes, so you dont have to worry about losing a key.

There is no staff, other than to tell you the codes for the doors and to tell you to make sure the downstairs door doesn't stay open for the vagrant people to hangout in the stairwell. The food staff at the restaurant are slow and inattentive. I ate there 2x of the 4 days I was there, and asked about free breakfast for being in the rooms upstairs. I was told they have nothing to do with that part. So a little disappointed because the booking stated free breakfast.

Central location, walking distance from the ferry terminal (ferry from the mainland), washer and dryer are available for extra charge, restaurant available downstairs (same owner), the apartment was clean and comfortable.

A lot of noisy homeless in the immediately adjacent parking lot, need more kitchen items (pots, frying pans), the cancellation policy is very strict and there are no waivers even for unforeseen circumstances (ferry cancellation due to storm) - which was a disappointment.

Noisy location at night with homeless. Restaurant under apartment and at times through night smells of deep fryer and hear extractor running.

Bed was good, kitchen, shower, everything ok.

the location is convenient, specially if you need a place just to crash in. It’s in the center, surrounded by food place and close to the harbor.

you have to call the property owner to get in the first door and give you the code and get all the instructions. I wish there’s a instruction that they will send after booking. Other than that it’s decent.
