Shower head fell off and I had to prop the TV up so I could see it in bed.

Very spacious. Great location above two restaurants. Almost instant hot water and plentiful.

Somewhat noisy. Essentials like kitchen sponge not present. Milk in fridge was two months old. Open crackers from previous occupants left on shelf. Steep stairs to climb.

Location is perfect for town and doing errands. For being over a business it was a quiet place.

Safety alert- small children especially. Hot water is scalding and when you THINK you are turning the hot water off in the shower you are turning it full blast. Serious concern! Also the kitchen is also backwards. Please repair ASAP. OTHERWISE WE LOVED THE PLACE.

Drunk people outside but if the windows are shut we couldn’t hear them :)

I liked being right by the dock for my charter and the nearby resturants

No control over the heat it was too warm unusual for Kodiak also the noise from the patrons going and coming from the bars right on site, very loud yelling/talking.

It was a large and well equipped room.

The noise of the entry door and people around. I understand it is outside of your power to regulate the drunks/addicts around the room, but they were noisy.

Self contained room was spacious and very good. Nice to have separate toilet and shower rooms. Great location. Downstairs restaurant owned by same person and it was superb, great food and lovely staff, wonderful complimentary breakfasts. Very close to ferry.... walkable.

Room was not serviced on our arrival at 5.30pm but it was quickly sorted out by owner, therefore was not a problem. We had a great meal in restaurant while waiting.!

My room was much larger than anticipated. Free laundry facilities on site.

The shower head dripped all night but that was a minimal nuisance.
