For us, the location was absolutely perfect for a swim meet at the Hardvard pool. So many great fun and interesting places to eat and visit, the location was just fantastic. As former residents of Boston who had not been back in a few years, this felt so much like coming home.

The parking situation was a little stressful, but the info the owners provided prior to check-in helped a lot. Other than that, everything was perfect.

Very clean space and the full kitchen is a plus. Beds were very comfortable.

Not much to not like. Apartment is on the second floor and stairs are steep, so may be a problem for some people.

location was perfect , we are visiting Harvard college and Business school so it was very close. Communication was very smooth. Room was big enough for two of us. Kitchen has oil, salt, and general stuff so we were able to cook a bit.

we were a bit confused to find parking. But it was easy to just find empty space on the road near by. Construction was going on just in front of the apartment, it started from 7am so it was a bit noisy during the day. People were a bit rude but generally we were not in the room during the day, so it was generally fine for us. Washing powder was empty so we were not able to wash the clothes.

Kitchen was well equipped for groups.

Very loud construction noise started at 7am on Saturday. Quality of sheets, towels, toiletries, toilet paper should be upgraded for the nightly rate being charged. Parking was a hassle. Pictures in the listing make it look like the unit is in the new building where Trader Joes is around the corner. You should list the actual photo of the exterior in the listing.

Nothing except the location since it’s near HBS

The property was filthy and the owner scammed us into paying $428 for one night that we didn’t spend there. We booked this property for three nights. Once we arrived, the property was filthy and we tried to cancel our stay. We didn’t stay there and found a different accommodation. The owner refused to cancel and I had to negotiate with her to pay for one night as opposed to being charged for three nights as we didn’t stay at the property at all. I agreed with her to pay for one night since I was forced to due to her rigid cancellation policy. Booking asked her to reimburse the whole amount of $878, but she refused. She finally agreed with me that she would charge me for one night as a cancellation penalty (which should have been $217. She charged me $428 instead. Please see the attached photos of the property. Beware of this greedy scam and find somewhere else to stay.

Spacious kitchen and two of the rooms had large beds. Overall it worked out well for a family of four visiting nearby colleges.

My husband likes a very firm bed, so a bit niche, the mattress are memory gone and the sofas are not great for sleeping. But again, not an issue for all. Also the construction going on across the street does start early, we brought headphones as I saw that in a review and we were out from 9-5 each day.

Very good location and comfortable space. Kitchen was well stocked and great space for 4 adults.

Steep stairs to the apartment. Difficult for older people to use.
