nothing place needed alot of improvements. It was nothing like it was listed. The furniture looked like it came from a yard sale

This is a gem of a location for the price! Great value. I had events to attend at the bandshell and Ocean Center. It was an easy walk to both venues. Vitale was very nice and welcoming - truly wanting guests to feel comfortable. The ocean views and beach access were great. I appreciated having a fridge and microwave, and the mattresses were very comfy. You do get what you pay for and if you are looking for a luxury location, this may not be for you but if you are looking for a basic, comfy, safe place to sleep for a great value, this is a great option.

Location

The stay was uncomfortable. The bed was noisy, and the mattress and pillows were incredibly poor quality. I found a cockroach, the sink was leaking, and the owner left a container under the sink, asking me to empty it if it filled with water. The air conditioning unit was very old and did not work properly.

Vitaly was the best host ever!!! He was super funny and nice and just such a genuine and good person!!! The little interactions we had during check in and check out made our whole stay!!! Over just one of the sweetest people ever!
