The layout was nice

The shower was leaking, not enough towels for 3 people, no washcloth, the iron was leaking when you would iron, and no cover for the ironing board. Seemed like a rehabilitation housing project. I called, and I requested what I needed it was never delivered. The door looked it was broken before.

"VERY DISGUSTING AND DISAPPOINTING TO SAY THE LEAST"

Very disgusting and disappointing to say the least. Woke up to seeing roaches floating in my son cup of juice so I told the maintenance guy that came inside of our room because he needed to fix the bathroom sink that was broken and wouldn’t drain and I asked him if our room could be changed because of me finding roaches in my son cup he said that they could put us in a different room so I then went into the office and spoke with the front desk staff and was told that there wasn’t a guarantee that if I will get a room without having roaches in them so I then reached out to Booking .com which they’re willing to accommodate me and my son but as I’m packing up our things my son was still sleeping but when my son woke up with a baby roach on his face!!! I AM LIVID!! I’m terrified of roaches. I am scared that I’ll take some with me in our clothes and suitcases!!

Had a basket ball court for my 14 year old son, but couldn’t be out there after dark due to undesirable people around. Had an armed security guard 24/7 since they know their location and culture in the complex is so bad.

"Disappointing"

Nothing.

The apartment has burn marks on the couch, smelled heavily of cigarettes. Door was damaged from someone breaking in previously, keypad was missing numbers and didn't always work. Area smelled of Marijuana badly. Would not recommend.

I did not like anything.

It was absolutely disgusting and filthy. There were cockroaches and disgusting yellow stains on the mattress. The front door wouldn’t even close properly.
