Metro Phoenix Extended Stay - Queen Studio

El lugar estaba limpio.

Tienen un cobro oculto de $35 por "damage waiver" que no es reembolsable, no se manifiesta al momento de hacer la reserva, solo cuando envian el check in. Hicieron dible reservacion de ma habitacion, cuando llegue habia otra persona, se demoraron demasiado en darme otra habitación, alrededor de 3hrs estuve esperando, entré a la habitacion a las 11pm. Despues de las 5pm no hay nadie en el front desk por lo cual todo debe ser por telefono y la coordinacion fue muy ineficiente.

You should be ashamed if yourself for charging a 35 dollar non refundable deposit. On top of the fees i paid. Completely forced and blind sided. Nowhere it was mentioned that i would have to pay more when i did the booking.. on top of that there was a $5 surcharge on me having to pay the $35? I will be reporting you to the consumer forum for poor practices

The room was very smelly upon arrival and didn't look like it was really cleaned well. Also lots of roaches, I had to stay there for 4 days and had to keep a can of raid. Also the people above me were extremely loud at night, was not able to sleep. I complained to the management and she said they would tell the people upstairs to be more quiet, but nothing was ever done. They were extremely loud every single night.

The bed was the only good thing about the room.

The door didn't securely lock, the glass sliding door locking rod didn't work. The bathtub was running and had something stuck in the drain - was almost overflowing when I came in. Toilet was dirty and had tissue inside it in the bowl. The tv nor the cable worked either.
