Metro Phoenix Extended Stay - Queen Studio

It was overall a nice place, the staff was great.

Every time I turned the TV on I had to mess with something in the back, so it would work. Also it had roaches and the air didn't work well, but they did bring something in its place. It looked like a lot of homeless people hung around.

The convience of having everything available in your suite, full kitchen, separate bathroom, and a living room area to sit in separate from the bed.

It could have been cleaner, within 5 minutes of our arrival I saw a 3 inch roach crawl out from behind one of the artworks hung on the wall and a few more over the time I was there.

I was locked out of my room and I never received my money back from the hotel after they told me they would be refunding my money that I paid upfront for my weeks stay b

Front entrance staff were professional an helper an Inside of all appances was oddly clean new like..clean sheets, gym, pool, basketball court...

Roaches, stained furniture as well disgusting, new towel brought to my room wet an folded i didn't even take them, ordor when u walk in the room. First room roaches stainned bed but clean sheets oddly .. Overall dead roaches 10-15 a living ones scratching once i check behind refrigerator and stove!!!! No phones in room. First getting to my room seen roaches foul ordor an filthy couch... I called a was told I could try another 3 rd room 1-3 of the rooms I was given i found same thing in following room, next day was giving a room same deal everything was infested. Tub in o e room corrosion entire bottom of floor froming a square which I thought was a slip resistant mat but absolutely wasnt!!
