Ocean View Luxurious Condo-BEST location + balcony

The upscale vibe was nice. The island pool near the towers was awesome! Very comfy bed and pillows. View from Sunset Deck on 20th floor was amazing at night!

There was barely any storage in kitchen, just a sliver of ocean view from the deck, bit of a walk to the beach, thick layer of dirt/dust on air vents, thick black mold surrounding tub tile.

The room was very dirty. The hair dryer was broken. The electrical outlets did not work. The beds were awful. The pull out sofa bed was a torture device. When I called the manager of the place about things he was very surly and disagreeable. It was a bad experience all the way around. The entire place is not handicap friendly. Stay someplace else

Everything you need is right there! The beach is a close walk , bbq area is really nice and the pool is awesome!

Location

Close to the beach. Shopping mall was close. Could cook. Cozy condo. Could see the sun rise in the condo.

Should have extra soap, toilet paper, garbage bag, and detergents. The bed was not big enough for 4 people, but there's an air mattress, which was good.

The property was comfortable. The property manager (owner?) was very helpful as well. It was easy to get in & out of. Parking was excellent. The air conditioning worked very well. It was great that there was a vacuum cleaner easily available.

It needs to be cleaned more thoroughly. There was long black hair in the shower, and the vents were disgusting. As with any property of this nature, it looked very used, but some upkeep needed to be done. I wish that I had payed closer attention to the property description. When it said ‘ocean view’ I wrongly assumed that we would be closer to the beach. The view was a tiny sliver of the water through two other towers. I would have gladly paid more to be closer to the beach. The walk to the beach was too much with the things we needed to take with us…chairs, small cooler etc.. The pool was dirty as well. Also, the noise at night from other condos was terrible. The toilets flushing in other condos kept me awake at night. Unfortunately, our stay was disappointing. The condo wasn’t horrible, but we were disappointed.
