Ocean View Luxurious Condo-BEST location + balcony

The location and beach access was perfect! The entry on San Destin Blvd was beautiful. It’s very safe and family friendly. I loved the bars onsite and nice pool.

The condominium could use some renovations and deep cleaning. The walls were not clean especially in the bathroom. The doors didn’t close easily and had to be lifted to close. The electric wall covers were broken. The bathroom floor tile was cracked. The furniture was dated. The tub was very slippery and had cracks around the surface. The top of the refrigerator was nasty!

Everything was perfect but wristband for swimming! I would absolutely rent this place again! Rocky answers the phone on the first ring ,he's such a good guy!

We loved the fact that we had a kitchen and washer and dryer. The space was super clean and comfortable, as well as stocked with items we could use such as beach towels and kitchen utensils/plates/etc…. The pool was heated and gorgeous and the beach was just down the pathway.

Carpet was very dirty and soiled, mold around bathtub, bathroom doors were smudged with handprints, baseboards should be cleaned, grimy feel in kitchen, unclean impression throughout apartment.
