I had the basement room, which in itself wasn’t bad, just lacked a little sunlight. The room also is located, I assume next to the storage closet, consequently a light odour of chemicals and detergents overnight. Other than these observations, no complaints

The location was perfect for a show we were seeing at the Met. The room was clean, had everything we needed and more, we'll decorated, and private. The balcony was one of the reasons we chose this room and it did not disappoint. It is large and has a fantastic view. If we were staying in the area, we would love to have this exact room again.

My only complaint is that it was quite hot in the room but it's the very top room so there's not much that could be done by the host about that. Heat rises, we get it.
