I did not stay upon arrival it was filthy. water stains on ceiling. broken blinds, dirt under couch when I looked for sleeper bed. popsicle stick on floor in plain sight, shower head full of soap scum. kitchen was not touched with a sponge of any kind. I refused to stay. not what I would expect at an air b and b

I couldn't enjoy the apartment because I rented a 2-bedroom apartment and when I arrived there was only 1 bedroom, so I had to find another apartment and I didn't have the money returned.

The apt was very nice and comfortable however the outside and the garage was a mess and dirty.

I loved that there was access to Hulu, Disney+, etc free to use, I had a toddler with me and it was a perfect stay for her! They even have a cute hammock type swing inside that she loved! It’s also located right by the zoo which is what our trip was for, we even loved it so much we booked another night !

The only issue I ran into was the parking, it’s a large slope to get to the parking garage and unless you are in a higher vehicle such as a suv or truck you cannot park in there so I had to park on the road where I could find open parking, in which wasn’t hard but I imagine more difficult in the busier times. I also wish there was a chain lock or another form of lock on the entry doors instead of just the keypad, it would give better peace of mind at night in a new city.
