It was walking distance to the zoo.

Communication between the customer and the company was very poor. We were given the thought of a secure parking location but had our catalytic converter got stolen in their parking garage. It was gated parking and too easy to get into the gated parking garage. We were also led to believe that when we left early that we would get our money's worth back for the day that we did not stay. Also, a permanent resident supposedly made a complaint that it was not secure either, and has yet to fix it.. The apartment is not family friendly. Would not recommend any family that has young children.

It was clean and close to everything and a safe neighborhood

No idea how to use the heat so we were cold all night. There was a note on the wall next time the radiator that said do not touch know. Tried to call several times with no answer. Also had no codes tried to call the lady said my payment didn't go through she would call me back when it did. It was my check in time called back said the system was down. Had to pay in cash now sure why I wasn't called back to tell me this. Had to leave the property to get cash out. Also the person on the phone was so quiet I couldn't hear anything. I kept repeating what she said to try to make sure I was hearing her right after telling her I couldn't hear her. Felt she was really annoyed by me doing this.

There was over booking after getting confirmation that my Room was booked was asked to cancel my booking due to over booking 2 ND time in same day from same company very frustrating and disappointing was left with no where to stay after making travel arrangements

The unit was spacious and nice..it was clean and easy to find..there were adequate towels and the beds were comfortable

Well I understand that renting an apartment isn't the same as renting a hotel room, but I made this booking in a hotel room.search on booking.com. so after booking the room and doing the information fill out and finally getting to payment screen..the $40 cleaning fee is added which now makes the cost of the unit more than nearby hotels.Iwould have liked to have that charge included in the quote BEFORE i started the booking process. The other thing is when we walked through the unit we noticed mosquito netting over each bed and ASSUMED it was decorative...NOT AT ALL! I was awake at 4am pulling the around the bed!! Not sure why there are so many there but use the netting! And lastly I am a fat guy and I'm older..the unit is not very accommodating for this demographic..the couches sit very low and the bar stoops are very narrow and I didn't trust them holding my weight
