Cozy Studio near Wrigley field and Boystown

The best part about this place is the location and the price. Especially if you will be spending most of your time north of the city. Public transit is literally right outside the door, both buses and the metro if you're going into the city, so no need to waste money on Uber unless you're in a hurry. The place was clean and comfortable. If you're on a tight budget this is a great option.

The accommodations are pretty simple and the place is definitely small but that's fine if you're traveling alone or as a couple. It's a little dark in the apartment and there's no view so it's not a place you're likely to hang out at...so go see the city instead!

it was very close to the train station ☺️; and yet it felt quiet

This studio is in a great location. Lots of bars and restaurants within a 15 minute walk. Wrigley stadium is a 20 minute walk. Also close to the train system. The studio was very clean and comfortable. The bed was great and it has a tv in the room as well as a small table to eat at in the kitchen. The building is old but the apartment itself is well maintained and has a great A/C system that we used. I highly recommend this for a couple! Starbucks is across the street along with a fantastic diner and a fun bbq place/bar with a great upstairs patio. The owner was very quick with responses and we had no issues getting in or with any part of our stay.

The only issue was the refrigerator door is difficult to navigate in the small kitchen. It needs to be move to open from the other side. But otherwise the kitchen was great. They don’t have any “bakeware” so we improvised when using the oven.

The apartment had everything for a short stay. The internet connection was nice, the bed is comfortable and all the electronics are usable (we used the oven). Nobody and nothing bothered us at night during our sleep. The location is quite handy as a subway station is near to the apartment and not so many stops heading the downtown. Exploring the city on feet mostly, we also appreciated several bottles of cold water in the fridge.

We couldn't open the windows to ventilate the place with fresh air, the bathroom door had some issues.

Apartment had everything we needed, walking distance to Wrigley Field.
