Luxe One Bedroom Apartment with Balcony

Great decor. Very spacious. Had an issue with the door code and received help promptly. The support was great.

The apartment was not cleaned well. The shower/ tub was dirty and the bathroom floor was as well. The bed was noisy and not comfortable but the bedding was great.

Management was very responsive and allowed early check in. The unit was clean and bright. However, road noise and loud neighbors made our stay so uncomfortable we checked out a night early.

Location. Unit 1415 faces SW 13th St/US441 South. Vehicle noise was terrible, motorcycles, and semi's disrupted our sleep repeatedly every night. Additionally, loud, obnoxious tenants on the same floor did as well. A unit away from the highway probably would have been fine.

I like that the apartment came with a numbered, assigned parking spot and I also liked that the apartment is so large.

I wish the bed in the one bedroom was at least a queen. A full size bed for two adults used to sleeping in a king bed was a bit tight.

Everything was magnificent and so very peaceful. Clean and fresh. Everything worked perfectly in the apartment as well which is always a plus.

Spacious apartment with total structure for a family to enjoy their time. For a week I spent the day with my son while my husband was at UF. The amenities included a gym and a pool. In the apartment there is a great kitchen and laundry. Closets are huge. Totally loved it.
