Loved the layout and the atmosphere. It was roomy and comfortable. Full kitchen was definitely a bonus.

Bathroom door didn't lock. And noticed the bottom of feet were a little dirty, maybe they forgot to mop.

Conveniently located in the city being very near to campus. This is a 4th floor unit that is perfectly located by the elevator. Parking was simple with assigned spaces. Perfect space for two. Bed comfortable. Clean unit! We reached out to the property manager once and got an immediate answer.

Nothing we did not like about the property. Simple suggestion, comfier pillows would compliment this property! We would stay again, and as well, recommend this place!

Convenient central location. Near great restaurants, the UF campus, nature walks. The layout of the apartment was perfect for a longer stay…it felt like a home away from home.

I wish there was a kettle and more toilet paper! We had to buy both. (We stayed for 5 days and were only given one roll of TP.)

Hi, I just wanted to let you know that upon arrival I checked the bathroom and when I began to sanitize the toilet and lift the lid, the toilet was filled with feces, it looked as if it was stopped up I flushed the toilet a couple of times to get rid of that And I had to clean the toilet. It had streaks in the commode, from whoever used the bathroom last, so whoever allegedly cleaned this apartment didn’t bother to clean the bathroom. I was so disgusted. this really put a damper on my trip. That’s why I checked out at 7 AM this morning instead of staying the entire time I just did not feel comfortable in a place that was not properly cleaned.. however y the rest of the apartment seemed to be in order

EVERYTHING!!! You guys just have to go see for yourself to see why I say this is the best property I ever stayed at🙏🏽🙏🏽🙏🏽

There was nothing that I didn’t like. Any questions or concerns I may have had was responded to right away. I mean there is nothing that this trip was missing while I was here.
