Luxe One Bedroom Apartment with Balcony

Area was perfect close to destination

They have a horrible issue with parking. Someone parked in our assigned spot, so management instructed us to park in an adjacent spot. We came out the next morning to find our car booted. We spent 45 minutes waiting on the towing company to come unboot the car. Management offered no compensation for our time and trouble. They know they have a problem but they don’t know how to fix it. Or are unwilling.

It was very nice and comfortable. The following minor things didn’t detract from my experience, but you should know anyway: the coffee cups are all stained inside with multiple coffee lines. I know they’re clean but they look nasty. The shampoo bottle doesn’t pump because the straw inside is detached from the pump. The dryer’s lint filter had lint in it. I feel like that’s something housekeeping should have cleaned out after the last guest. The AC filter probably needs replacing because the vent is covered in dust.

Beautiful, well equipped apartment with a pool, gym & your own parking spot. It is situated on a very noisy road but otherwise is a great option, once you have a car!

Bed in main bedroom is very noisy when you are laying in it. Pull out couch is very hard.

We love this place and try to stay here whenever we’re visiting our kids at UF. Already booked three apartments for our oldest’s graduation in May. It’s conveniently located, includes parking, has fully stocked kitchen and washer/dryers. It’s super clean with great on site amenities. The apartments are spacious and comfortable.

Nothing to not like!
