Luxe One Bedroom Apartment with Balcony

Not clean, dirty towels

The apartment was very comfortable with great amenities. Like home away from home in that regard. We loved the common area to hang out and play pool and work remotely. I interacted with the staff in the office a couple times to help me with random situations and they were very nice. Very close (though not walking distance) to restaurants, CVS, and Publix.

The area outside the doors of the apartments is lacking maintenance because the floors are clearly not regularly swept and the walls need to be cleaned. Note this is OUTSIDE the apartment. The host was not responsive to my messages/questions; it seemed as though I only received automated messages from them. The floor in the corners of the rooms were a little dirty. Only 2 coffee pods and 4 sugar packets for a 4 night stay for 2 people.

The queen sofa bed was the worst bed I have ever experienced, The mattress metal wire springs were defectives that to the extent that it CANNOT BE USED AS BED.
