"Great place near Chico state."

The space had everything except for a trashcan to throw pizza boxes away. We had to take it with us.

Lack of kitchen size trash can and we cannot use the property swimming pool.

"Adorable Apartment with Private Garage in an Excellent Location; Thoughtfully Furnished"

Excellent location and appreciated the private garage. I was dropping off artwork the next day, and having that garage meant I didn't have to shlep 3 pieces of art up to the room- able to leave them in the car overnight. Thoughtfully designed room with an elegant leaded glass window. Convenient, well equipped kitchenette. Very comfortably furnished and private. Though we didn't meet the host, communication was great.

Bed is a little creaky (but cute). Toiletries not great (especially that Dove lotion- waxy and icky)- just bring your own. Drain in bathroom sink and shower had the beginnings of mold on them (I actually wiped the sink drain a little).
