New Tudor Cottage one block from Chico State and downtown with private garage

The location was perfect because it was a block from my son's dorm at CSU Chico. We used the garage to store his packed vehicle overnight before driving back to San Diego the next morning. The place was beautiful and well stocked with coffee.

A little pricy for a studio in Chico plus a $50 cleaning fee. The bed squeaked every time I turned over and it woke me up. Two coffee mugs would have been appreciated.

The location is perfect for us when we visit our student. We love the garage access. The bikes are a great option but unfortunately the weather hasn’t cooperated during either of our stays.

The bed linens and towels are a little musty.

Shower curtail was dirty, soak that in bleach to get the pink mold off the base of the shower curtain

I loved this location right next to campus and the convenience of parking my car in the garage so that I could easily travel on foot. The fact that everything had a code made it really easy to enter the garage, yard and apartment. The little kitchen was perfect - it had everything I needed. Really appreciate there was a stove top in addition to the microwave.

I could never get the garage door to open using the code. Don't know why, but it was fine. The owner opened the door remotely for me.

Comfortable, style, and location

The studio is very clean, modern, comfortable, and has nice amenities. The host provided excellent directions to obtain keys and access to the studio. The garage made parking a non-issue. It is located close to downtown and excellent restaurants. While it is located close to downtown, the neighborhood is quiet. We did not have an opportunity to ride the bicycles that are available for use, but it is a nice offering.

I can't think of any flaws.

Love the location and the garage was absolutely amazing to have. The kitchen was so wonderful to have. Everything was well labeled and laid out. Loved how well lit the stairs were, all the lighting was great actually. The free bikes are a great touch. The water pressure is amazing! I loved how it was decorated and organized. We are so grateful we stayed there, especially over going to a hotel.

I think just a slight bit of updating on the bathroom is needed like a new shower curtain and a taller shower surround. Loved all the lights and labels but too many blue indicator lights at night adversely affect sleep.
