"A tranquil cottage with everything you could want and need."

It was exactly as pictured and describe. Perfect size for 1 or 2 guests. Comfy bed and soft sheets. The process from beginning to end was seamless and easy. Location to downtown was minutes away by foot. A quiet area with birds chirping and flowers blooming.

Great little cottage in a great location. Both our boys attend Chico State, so it's perfect for my wife and I to come up and visit. Can walk to all kinds of activities.

Wish the pool was part of the property as it was hot! The pool was so enticing! :)

"My new favorite place to book for a visit!"

The studio is SO cute! Perfect for someone visiting without a car! The bed was exceptionally comfortable and everything felt so cozy! The instructions were clear. The owners checked on me after day 1 to see if I needed anything. I truly didnt! Perhaps a larger trashcan by the kitchenette counter? I didnt really even notice without one until i had a pizza box! Even that wasnt a big deal and I'd happily stay again! Zero complaints!!!!
