New Tudor Cottage one block from Chico State and downtown with private garage

The location can’t be beat! it is right next to campus and an easy walk to downtown!

Perfect location for visiting Chico State. Charming, clean room. Easy access and even garage parking. Kitchen with all utensils you could need.

Not a big deal but the location of the sofa bed linens was not obvious.

It was a soft space to land, after a long travel. Beautiful, cozy and everything we needed. I hope it’s available next time I’m in town. Thank you 🙏

Everything! Unbeatable for the price! Particularly loved the private garage, extremely comfortable bed, well equipped kitchen, ample seating in dining room and living area, and no detail spared in the bathroom (or anywhere else, for that matter). Super quiet neighborhood. The log book was a nice touch.

There was nothing to dislike! As close to perfect as you can get!

Excellent location, cleanliness, and comfort. I was able to walk just 5 minutes to get to my weekend classes.

I loved the cottage-like feel of this little house, the windows were one of my favorite parts and it was very clean upon arrival. Super clear instructions upon booking of how to find this cute homey spot directions wise.

The only thing that I noticed is the slanted ceilings by the bed being an issue for taller people. I am 5’9 and had to lean slightly to make sure I didn’t hit my head but honestly it was not a real issue at all.
