Loved the atmosphere! Very quiet and relaxing.

My husband and I apartment was on the second floor. There is no elevator, so carry luggage up and down stairs on bad knees was a chore.

It is a very old unit. There was no simple, but MUCH needed things, like beach towels and coffee.

"Ok stay, but not worth what I paid."

Centrally located. Easy drive.

I understood that the property was old. I have stayed at old properties before. However, Cleanliness and basic functions is a must. Our shower was dirty. Hair and smudge marks were not cleaned and left in the shower. The water in the shower would go from cold to scalding hot. Watch out for your children. We mentioned the hot water issue twice to two different mangers. Each "acted" very concerned, but in the end nothing was done. (Move along now!)

Loved the closeness to beach. Very clean. Staff friendly.

Slight road noise as we were in upper unit close to Gulf road but not crazy. Would have liked later checkout since flight out wasn't until 4.
