"Everything you want your stay at the beach to be!"

The room is well appointed with everything you need. The pool and surround are just right. The landscaping is in excellent shape. Parking is right in front of each unit. The beach is a mere 150 steps away. Beach chairs are available at no additional charge. Towels are available in the office for pickup on a daily basis or as needed. The gals in the office are so friendly and helpful. Shout out to Lisa!

The air conditioning unit took a while to get the air direction squared away. The vent louvers are up near the ceiling and at night the air was blowing directly in our faces. Once we figured out how to reposition the louvers, that issue was resolved. Initially on arrival, the air inside the unit was musty. Hurricane Idalia came through the area on the day before our arrival and the humidity was extremely high with the dew point in the 80's. Picked up a dehumidifier and problem solved. The unit had not been occupied for a few days prior to our arrival so in combination with the storm in the area and poor air circulation, the musty condition occurred. Great stay overall!

"Quiet apartment on the beach."

Location was perfect. Short walk to beach. Convenient to grocery and restaurants. Apt I chose had covered parking.

Apt nice, but carpet needs updated or steam cleaned. Kitchen cookware, dinnerware, gadgets were disorganized. Mattress sags in the middle.
