Spacious property walking distance to groceries stores and pharmacies, designated parking space is a plus.

I recently booked a stay for a holiday weekend work trip. Unfortunately, my experience was extremely disappointing and unsettling. One of my team members checked in on Thursday and although he was there, was jet-lagged and slept most of the time. I arrived on Friday night and, I was dismayed to find the space infested with German roaches. This was not only unsanitary but also made the accommodation completely uninhabitable. I decided to leave immediately, only staying for one night due to the severity of the infestation. I provided pictures and a video to them as well as Booking.com yet the outcome thus far is less than favorable. Despite reaching out to the management company multiple times, I received no response until Saturday after midday. This lack of communication left me scrambling to find alternative accommodation on a Friday night of a holiday weekend for 4 of us. It was incredibly frustrating that they were unresponsive during such a crucial time. To add insult to injury, the management company only agreed to provide a 50% refund, despite the fact that I stayed for only one night. The minimal refund is still processing after leaving the apt a week ago. The day before my original reservation expired, they ceased all communication, refusing to answer calls, emails, or messages through the app. Furthermore, I had specifically booked a balcony apartment at a higher cost, only to be placed on the ground floor upon arrival. This discrepancy in accommodation features was not addressed by the management team. I also paid a security deposit which has not yet been refunded. To make matters worse, I later discovered that they had rented out the space to other guests after I had left, yet they still kept my money for the entire booking duration. Overall, my experience with them was beyond disappointing. The infestation, lack of communication, inadequate refund, and disregard for booking preferences were unacceptable.

Size of the entire apartment is AMPLE, and comes with a *washer/dryer* which is super convenient. The living room/dining room combo is very large, enough to accomodate a small party. Place is BRAND NEW, which is also nice. Great AC cools you down fast.

All of the windows are installed backwards and there's no yard. Fortunately, there is a vacant lot with a gorgeous Banyan tree across the street.
