Spacious entire Apartment with Free Parking

i would have appreciate a TV in the living room

I hated this apartment. Location is horrible, very unsafe. I was worried someone would rob us. Everything in the apartment was cheap and poor quality.

Service overcharged and added hidden service fees. And charges they could not prove to me. It's also located in the middle of a dangerous neighborhood. I plan to provide a poor rating to this location and to Bookings.com on social media.

It was spacious.

We are very dissatisfied with the stay. We had numerous issue with the place. One and foremost was the roach issue we say big roaches and even after they sprayed the small kitchen area of the apartment it didn't really help at all. We say roaches by the kitchen area again we tried to spray there medicine and it didn't help. We tried to reach out to owner with no response on multiple occasion. We heard siren issue by the front door, the first night it was going off every hour it was loud right front of the apt I had send you a voice message of it the owner. This continued throughout our stay. My family were effected thought the stay and had a terrible time. Also there is a lot of mosquitos in the bedrooms and by laundry area. We never opened the windows and if we opened the outside door we closed it right away. The beds were very bad and in a really bad shape one bed was so bad that it just sunk in. I didn't have any really good sleep during my stay. Another thing is nothing was available to us for the stay we had to get our own hair dryer, extra paper towels, and bath towels. I tried to reach out to about this with no answer. I didn't like the stay and or the support at all. The area isn't that great. I didn't feel safe walking or running on the street.

The area was okay close to everything I needed

1. The checking system is very poor my family an I had to rent a hotel room the 1st night because of bad communication 2. The payment system is very bad the separation of payment cost me it should have been included at the total price. The stairs were very steep for my mother who had legs issues. 3. The time for closure of property I try contacting but got no help I was traveling from the Bahamas and got in late with no internet went to apt and was locked out. $270.00 It cost me extra.

Large new apartment, beautiful kitchen, clean bathroom, quiet neighborhood.
