Sierra Vista studio apartment with full kitchen and King Bed

Good kitchen with functional refrigerator, microwave, and other equipment.

The bed was not a king bed, much smaller, the pillows were not comfortable, the linen and the towels did not look fresh. The communication with staff was only by phone, the website was malfunctioning, all of which caused miscommunication and delays.

Location and clean set up

People hanging out not too far from the side exit. I felt like I may be bothering, although I wasn't. Their setup was just a bit too close to the entrance/exit.

Terrible check-in process. Overcharge fees for early check in and late checkout and still couldn’t check me in at the time I was supposed to be checked it. Never returning again

Bright cheerful room. Annie at the front desk helped me resolve an online issue with check-in.

Third party registration had a snafu with the deposit and kept asking me to call back later. Photo did not match room decor. Wish window had curtains. Blinds are inadequate, even with privacy screens.
