HOTEL MANAGEMENT FROM MANILA , PHILIPPINES TO SIERRA VISTA , ARIZONA 😡🇺🇲 Absolutely No one there was prepared for my arrival .. The lady in the office was new , I was told to call up MANILA🤯 in order to CHECK IN Then , I was required to do the intrusive online verification process a 😕 SECOND TIME 😕 in two days with Booking.com When all these formalities were completed , I was walked to my assigned room .. ROOM I18 WAS IN DISARRAY WITH THE BED UNMADE DISHES UNWASHED In the sink But , ROOM 115 WAS READY At 4:20 pm Once inside room 115 , I had to .. go to my car ... When I returned , I was LOCKED OUT .. having changed rooms , but ... 😡🇺🇲 NOT THE CODES 😡🇺🇲 You'd think MANILA would be prepared .. As for room 118 ... It faced a Talkative Noisy OUT DOOR SITTING AREA Why would they place me in THE WORST ROOM with my window facing the talkative resident locals JUST AWFUL 😡🇺🇲 Sincerely Jim Tanner

The staff was great they resolved the concern I stayed to them fast and efficiently. The stay was an overall wonderful experience. Will be back soon.
